Pricing for Coaching

The following pricing information for coaching may be adjusted depending on the client’s employment level and financial circumstances. I try not to let the cost deter someone from obtaining coaching.

Base rate: $200/hour

Three-month package

$1200 (14% discount over base rate)

The three-month package includes the following:

• Biweekly one-hour sessions, except the first three weeks (weekly sessions) for a total of seven sessions

• Unlimited text exchanges

• Brief phone calls for check-in/follow up as needed

Six-month package

$2100 (19% discount over base rate)

The six-month package includes the following:

• Biweekly one-hour sessions, except the first three weeks (weekly sessions) for a total of 13 sessions

• Unlimited text exchanges

• Brief phone calls for check-in/follow up as needed

Note: The structure & timing of a package can be adjusted to client needs

Payment

• 50% at the start

• 50% after first five weeks (first 4 sessions)

• Extensions are negotiated at time of extension agreement. Typically, the agreement is extended three or six months at a time.

Refunds

I guarantee satisfaction. If after the first month you are not satisfied, I provide a 100% refund. After that, if you are not satisfied, I refund the balance of the agreement.

Referrals

Any referrals who enter into a coaching agreement result in a free additional month of coaching for the referrer.
