We provide coaching to help you achieve breakthrough results in these complex, chaotic times whatever role you have in Student Affairs — VP, Dean, Associate VP, or Director. Our approach to coaching is designed to enhance your leadership capabilities and organizational impact.
Patrick is an engaging, dynamic coach who challenges you to think differently and to try new approaches to solving problems and resolving conflicts. He’s an excellent motivator and cheerleader, but he also tells it to you like it is. Patrick has the lens of a seasoned student affairs administrator as well as an academic, which allows him to provide varied perspectives on an issue.

A Phased Approach
The following will be customized for you and your situation.
Phase 1: Excavation
In the first phase, in addition to tallying strengths, abilities, and successes, we work with you in multiple modalities to explore what may be holding you back. We take an assessment of your characteristics, perspectives, and fears, and seek to identify filters, blind spots, and assumptions. We learn about your goals and aspirations — not just for promotion, but what you want to contribute and accomplish as a leader.
Phase 2: Reflection
Taking into consideration all we learned in Phase 1, we identify the actions you need to take on any issues, address any deficits, dismantle disempowering belief systems, or overcome any obstacles or fears. We chart the actions you need to take to accomplish the goals and aspirations you have for yourself and your organization.
Phase 3: Application and Adjustment
This phase is where you act on the recommendations, and we work through what you learn from the actions you take. We evaluate your successes and make recommendations for next steps.
